If payment is made online by credit card or phone order, the following is required:

- Cardholder must be present upon customer pick-up or delivery

- Credit card and cardholders picture ID must be present upon pick-up or delivery for verification

- Cardholder must sign ABC copy of sales receipt, and delivery / pick-up slip

- No exceptions
